As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to help us expand our client and referral networks.

 

🚀 What You’ll Do:

As a key member of our Client Relations & Marketing team, your mission will be to build, maintain, and grow strong relationships across the restoration ecosystem—from insurance agents and property managers to contractors and real estate professionals.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively visiting potential clients and referral partners to promote our services
  • Identifying new leads and converting them into business opportunities
  • Managing a territory with a consistent outreach strategy
  • Representing the company at local networking events and community functions
  • Collaborating with project and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Using CRM tools to track leads, interactions, and progress
  • Reporting weekly on outreach, pipelines, and performance
 

✅ What You Bring:

  • Prior experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles
     (Experience in restoration, construction, or insurance is a big plus!)
  • A friendly, outgoing personality and confident presentation skills
  • A passion for helping people and building authentic relationships
  • Ability to work independently, manage a schedule, and stay organized
  • Tech-savvy with CRM or sales tracking tools
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
